Revive.

This is a story of a time that I gave up on God, but found out that he never gave up on me.

Client 5 Preview

Tomorrow is the presentation of the client 5 assignment. We were challenged to make anything we wanted (as long as it had a photographic element) to show something that makes us who we are. I chose to make a video with original music. Here is a sneak peak of my video.

Expect to see the video sometime tomorrow!

Lifestyles and Technology

Our fourth client assignment was to shoot some lifestyle photos of people using portable electronics such as smart phones, laptops, or tablets. Here are a few of the shots I used.

Turn my swag on.

For our photographic illustration, we had to find a advertisement and use it as a tear sheet for a product shot. We made a list of all the equipment we needed, bought all the necessary props, and then shot our individual products in teams of three. All three shots for each team were due at 5pm that day. My assistants in this shoot were Walker Anderson and Kayleigh Mezger.

Self Promo #3

This self promo was going for an editorial portrait for maybe a interview of a musician/actor/etc. I was going for more of a grainy/grungy look. This was the final image.

Pringles Assignment

In my Photographic Illustration class, James gave us an assignment to team up with three other students and come up with four different concepts for a pringles ad and then give our sketch to another photographer to shoot. We had about 3 1/2 hours to come up with our ideas and shoot all of them.

This idea was shot in about 10 minutes. It was sketched by my classmate, Molly Mullin. There are obviously things I would have corrected if we had more time, but overall I was pretty happy with the image.
