Jason Tuggle: Leading Youth in Worship.

Jason Tuggle: Leading Youth in Worship. from Andrew Cloer on Vimeo.

Our final assignment in Small Format Photography was called "A Person and Their Sound". We were to interview a person and collect natural sounds that are related to them. Then we were to photograph them doing whatever it is they do and put it all together in a AV presentation. The goal was to keep the video between about 1:00 to 1:45.

I chose to interview Jason Tuggle. He leads worship at Love Chapel Hill with The Jason Tuggle Band. He and the band were playing worship for the Wesleyan NC East District youth camp. I was blessed to have a chance to join in to experience the great things that God has done at Victory Mountain Camp. You can check out Jason's blog and his church's website below.

In my large format class we were given an assignment to shoot an building with a 4x5 view camera and slide film. The point was to make a pleasing composition with all converging lines corrected. This is a scan of my final shot.

Design Lab II Portfolio

We got checked out on negative scanners at school this past week and I've been scanning some old assignments. Here was one of my shots from my design lab II portfolio.

Film Scans and Light Leaks.

I was practicing shooting with some 4x5 chrome during the break in between semesters and just got the film back last week. I got some crazy weird light leaks but I thought it looked pretty cool. The first two are the actual shots unedited and the last one was edited to pull out some information from the negative.
